Set up Apollo Group IPTV on Samsung & LG

Samsung and LG do not allow a player that signs in with a username, so these TVs work differently from everything else here: the app shows you a device key, you send it to us, and we load your channels onto it. It is the one guide where we do a step for you.

The steps

Do these in order. If a screen does not look like the one described, stop and message us rather than guessing — it is quicker.

  1. Install IBO Player

Open your TV's own app store — Samsung Apps on a Samsung, LG Content Store on an LG — and search for IBO Player.

  2. Write down the two codes it shows

The first time it opens, IBO Player displays a MAC address and a device key. Photograph the screen; you need both and neither is guessable.

  3. Send them to us

Message us those two codes. We load your playlist against them and reply when it is done — usually within our normal response time, not instantly, because a person does it.

  4. Restart the app

Close IBO Player completely and open it again. Your channels are there. You never type a password on this one.

What we send you, and where it goes

One message. None of it is a password to an account on this website — we do not have those, and nobody from us will ever ask you for one.

These are example values. They show the shape of the message so you know what you are looking at. Use the ones in your own message — this link goes nowhere.

Copy the whole link in one piece. If it arrives split across two lines in your messages, join it back up before you paste it.

IBO Player is not in your TV's store

It is region-locked on some models. Message us before you buy — there are other players we can load the same way, and it is a quick answer.

The app opens to an empty list

Either we have not finished loading it, or the app was reinstalled and the device key changed. Send us the key again.

Your TV is older than about 2016

It probably cannot run this at all. A streaming stick plugged into it will, and it is the cheaper fix.
